Exercise Ball Push Ups

  1. Lie down on exercise ball on your stomach and roll forward on ball to achieve a plank position (as shown in the video).
    This will be your starting position.
  2. Once you are set to position, bend your elbows and bring your body down slowly towards earth, in a balanced and controlled way. Hold this position for a second or two.
  3. Push back your body slowly upwards to your starting position to complete the movement.
  4. Repeat as per recommendation.
