Health club or Hotel?

Whether it is business or pleasure, when we disrupt our usual routine with travel it’s easy to let our fitness routine slip off track. However, traveling and staying at hotels no longer means that we have to go completely off the rails and lose sight of our fitness goals. Hotel gyms these days have come a long way and some of them are really kicking it up a notch. There are even some gyms that now feature full-scale health clubs in them! Gone are the days of a poorly lit room with two treadmills and one dinghy pair of dumbbells, many hotels are offering much, much more.

Staying on track made simple

Some hotels are now home to exercise classes and studios. Some even offer space for high intensity interval training, an increasingly popular and efficient way to get a great workout in a short period of time, so you can get your workout done and get back on vacation mode. Other hotels now provide fitness themed amenity packages so you can get your sweat on without even leaving your hotel room. There are even some hotels that also feature wellness-focused rooms and have personal trainers on hand, they even provide yoga and bootcamp classes for their guests. Staying fit while traveling just became a whole lot easier.
