LeBron James Exercise Ball Inspired Workout

Determination And Dedication

LeBron James is more than just an NBA player. He's a superstar. He's a global superstar. And he’s the guy, chasing Michael Jordan for the title of the greatest basketball player of all time. You don't fall into these things by accident. It takes hard work, dedication, and determination. Dieting and workout plans have just as much to do with his success as sinking jumpers. You probably already know all of this. But what you might be surprised to learn is that James uses a number of yoga-based moves with the assistance of an exercise ball to stay at the top of his game.

Core Exercises

James’ core muscles are relied upon greatly to make all of his dynamic moves and dunks during a game. It takes a lot of special training to move in this way, and he relies heavily on an exercise ball for assistance. He performs front and side planks to build core strength. He also uses the ball to perform ab rollouts and crunches. These exercises force his body to engage and build a solid foundation for movement. In an up and down game like basketball he needs the ability to change speeds and direction quickly, and that's exactly what these core exercise ball workouts help him with.

Upper Body

You think of LeBron as this huge guy, standing 6’8, 265 lbs. It is well known that he can hold his own in the weight room, but nothing replaces a good old-fashioned push up. James is often seen using an exercise ball to balance his weight while performing this exercise. It adds a different element to this basic exercise. He keeps it short and sweet doing three sets of thirty. Not trying to break world records, but continue to stabilize and strengthen his chest and arms so he can take the punishment that is required when he drives down the lane.

Weights With An Exercise Ball

Using weights with an exercise ball isn't for everyone, but it can add a twist to your every day workout. It requires you to focus a little harder while keeping your balance. It also requires you to stick to correct posture when using weights. James focuses on his upper body with a series of lifts such as military press, dumbbell bench press, as well as lat pull-downs. Using an exercise ball with weights means you are using most of your body during each workout. These unique workouts are the reason you can’t stop staring at James. He has muscles in places we didn't know that we should have them!

The Evolution of Conor McGregor

NOTORIOUS

Conor McGregor has taken the sports and entertainment world by storm. He is a terror in the octagon and deadly on the microphone. Even if you don't watch the UFC, chances are you've heard some of his colorful interviews. He is truly one of a kind. That's why production companies, the UFC, and even the WWE have sought after him. McGregor is outlandish, but at his core he has strong beliefs about himself and his training. This is what has transformed him from just a young kickboxing student into one of the world’s best fighters known as "Notorious."

Background

Conor McGregor was born in Dublin, Ireland. At the young age of twelve years old, he started on his path to becoming a great fighter. Conor began kickboxing and soon after, took up boxing. By the time he turned eighteen he transitioned into the world of Mixed Martial Arts, but Conor himself will tell you he is never satisfied. Even when he is on the top of his game, he trains with other fighters using different skill sets to master his craft. The craving to never settle, and to continuously get better is something that burns inside of him, helping him to remain one of the best fighters ever.

Fighting

Conor McGregor has turned himself into the king of the UFC. He is a self-promoter who can back it up. McGregor has compiled a 21-3 MMA record and is the current UFC Lightweight Champion. He doesn't look at himself as arrogant. He says it "is a result of his belief in himself." This is why he trains so hard. He wants to be the best and continue his path of dominance. Win or lose he nurses himself back to health and looks for his next challenge. Over the years he has continuously evolved his game, and seems to come out stronger, quicker, and better with each fight.

Training

Conor is standing on the path to maybe the biggest and most anticipated fight of all-time with boxing champion Floyd Mayweather. That means he will have to train and stay focused to take down a giant in the fighting world. Much of that comes from a rigorous workout. This includes dynamic and static stretching, flexibility, and body weight circuits, which also requires the assistance of power resistance bands. These allow him to push his body to its limits. Conor depends on his stamina, cardio, and body weight exercises to stay in shape.

Get ready for a whole lot more Conor McGregor in the coming months. He will wow you. He will amaze you. He will certainly make you chuckle. There will be no question in your mind why they call him the "Notorious” Conor McGregor.
